For example, he now knows how to clean a cuttlefish....though he's not quite sure when that will become practical knowledge. He has good sense of humor, and enjoys time with close friends and family.

Matt March

Mid-Afternoon Host

Matt grew up in Beal City, Michigan, 60 miles north of Lansing. In 1990, Matt became the announcer for Beal City High School basketball games and began a life-long love of telling stories through microphones. Matt went on to become a Christian Radio DJ, a radio play-by-play man for high school and college basketball, and TV play-by-play man for high school football. He is most famous, however, for his work doing play-by-play for televised T-ball. In his off-air time, Matt is a regional chaplain, rides a motorcycle, dances in the Nutcracker ballet, works as a roadie for a local school band, and tries to keep up with his young adult children and his wife.

Rick has been on KACS for over 20-years now as the voice behind many of our shorter feature ministry spots. He's happy to join our KACS listeners on the drive home each evening. Rick became a follower of Jesus in his senior year in high school, and shortly after that began his radio career. He also spent several years working at Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs, CO. He has a heart for ministry that comes through in his daily radio hosting on KACS.

He is also an accomplished actor, and has given performances of "The Innkeepers Dream" and other dramas at area churches. Join Kerry Saturday at 9:00 p.m. and Sunday at 4:00 p.m. for country and southern gospel music.

I got to know and appreciate the dedicated station staff, and so I was absolutely delighted when asked to help with weekend announcing." Eric has lived in Washington nearly all his life, and as with many Western Washington residents, has no problem with the rain and fog, "on the contrary, I love it" says Eric. He also loves his wife, music and trains.
